Who are we?

Tony's the real deal. He qualified (in the Pyranees mountains) as a Wim Hoff instructor for mindset, cold therapy and breathwork.  He's also keeps it real, with 40 years in the construction industry he knows the value of cohesion for the overall benefit of the company, the workforce, the individual as well as the world and the universe obvs.  

Charlotte loves bringing people together and uncovering the magic and power of a group. A Trauma Informed practioner and trainer,  with over 20 years experience,  she knows about creating the right conditions for transformation and growth both personally and at work (cos they're blurred right?). 

Suzanne is an award winning film-maker who brings her talent for storytelling to our work. She captures the narrative underneath words, guiding you from where you are now to where you want to be. She brings a creative edge to our workshops, helping people express themselves in different ways (as words are never the whole story).

Another magician, we're so lucky!
